We have reserved the entire Petrata property for our guests for 3 nights (from Friday, 31 May 2024 –
Monday, 3 June 2024). We are offering a subsidised rate on rooms for all guests during your stay.
Accommodation includes breakfast and use of all onsite facilities (dinner and drinks on the Friday
night, and food and drinks on the big day are on us).
If staying, please plan to arrive in the afternoon of Friday, 31 May 2024.
Check-in is from 3pm but bag drop and use of the facilities will be available from 1pm for anyone due in a little earlier. You should have now received all accommodation details by email, but if not please let us know and we will forward them to you.
ACCOMODATION
CASTELLO SUITES
We have reserved the entire Castello di Petrata venue for our guests for 3 nights (from 31 May 2024 to 3 June 2024). All events over the weekend will be held at the Castello grounds and so there will be no need to travel anywhere for those staying onsite (which we are pleased to report almost all guests have indicated that they will be!).
We are offering a subsidised rate on rooms for all guests and we will allocate a room to you once numbers are confirmed. Each of the rooms is uniquely laid out and all are equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe, bathrobes and slippers, WiFi, LAN and full ensuite.
GLAMPING
The glamping tents are nestled amongst the olive groves and have a spectacular view. They are furnished with a fully made double bed and up to two additional single beds (on request) and all linen is included. They come with electric power points and lighting as well as a wardrobe rail and seating.
In the glamping area, which is a 2-minute walk to the Castello, there are spacious modern amenities including toilets, showers and changing areas designed for wedding guests. There are also additional restrooms in the Castello, that you are welcome to use to get ready.

GETTING
THERE
Free Onsite Parking is available and there is a train from both Rome and Florence to Assisi city center which is a 13 min drive away from Petrata.
Taxis are available in the area, however, please note that there is no night taxi service, so if you take a taxi to come to the Castello you must arrange with the same taxi driver for your return trip in the evening or at night at the time you prefer. The Castello reception team is unable to book any taxis in the evening or at night unless they are arranged in advance. There is no Uber in Assisi.
